By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our transportation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Service Description
Safe Cab provides professional transportation services, including but not limited to:
- Local transportation within our service areas
- Airport transfers
- Hotel transfers
- Long-distance transportation
- 24/7 availability for scheduled and on-demand rides
Service Areas: We currently operate in Crossfield, Carstairs, and Didsbury, Alberta, Canada. Service to other areas may be available upon request.
3. Booking Process
When making a booking through our website or by phone, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information, including pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, number of passengers, and vehicle preference
- Ensure all required fields are filled correctly
- Provide valid contact information (phone number is required, email is optional)
- Confirm your booking details before submission
Upon successful booking, you will receive a unique booking number. Please keep this number for your records and reference it when contacting us about your booking.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for our services is based on various factors including:
- Distance traveled
- Type of vehicle selected
- Number of passengers
- Time of day and date
- Special requirements or additional services
Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking or may be calculated based on the actual trip. Payment methods and terms will be communicated at the time of booking or service delivery.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer:
- Please cancel your booking as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your ride

- Refund policies may vary depending on the timing of cancellation and the type of service booked
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to charges
Cancellation by Safe Cab: We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, vehicle unavailability, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or a full refund.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for:
- Being ready at the scheduled pickup location and time
- Providing accurate pickup and drop-off addresses
- Ensuring the number of passengers and baggage matches the booking
- Treating our drivers and vehicles with respect
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engaging in any illegal activities during the ride
- Not smoking, consuming alcohol, or using drugs in the vehicle
- Not causing damage to the vehicle or disturbing other passengers
7. Driver and Vehicle Standards
We are committed to providing:
- Licensed and insured professional drivers
- Well-maintained, clean, and safe vehicles
- Professional and courteous service
- Compliance with all applicable transportation regulations
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Safe Cab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control
- We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Safe Cab, its drivers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services:
- For any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- To transport illegal substances or contraband
- To harm, threaten, or harass our drivers or other passengers
- To damage or deface our vehicles
- To interfere with or disrupt our services
- To make false or fraudulent bookings
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Safe Cab or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
12. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Safe Cab regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
